Application Process

The Coca‑Cola Company application process is designed for you to showcase your experience and skills. You must apply online to be considered for a position, and you can use your LinkedIn profile or resume/CV to preload your online application. We recommend that you tailor your experiences and skills to the job description to ensure you stand out.

If you know someone who works at The Coca‑Cola Company, tap into their knowledge to learn more about our culture and whether you’d be a good fit. Give the Coca‑Cola employee the job title or number, and they can refer you in our system. Once you are referred, the system will send you a link to apply to that job online. 

Our jobs are updated daily, so we recommend signing up for our Talent Community. This will also allow you to sign up for Job Alerts. After signing up, we’ll email you relevant jobs as they are posted for your areas of expertise. 

Interview

If your application catches our attention, one of our global recruiters will contact you to discuss your skills and experiences. During this conversation, they’ll provide more information about the job and the team responsible for hiring the position. If your skills and experience match the job requirements, you may be invited to participate in an interview.

Our interview process can take place onsite or virtually and, in most cases, you’ll meet with a panel of individuals who understand the needs of the role and what it takes to be successful at The Coca‑Cola Company. This panel will consist of a diverse selection of employees, including the hiring manager and members of the team. We encourage candidates to come with an understanding of our business, mission and vision, and ask questions during the process to ensure you’re being set up for success.

Offers

Upon selection, you’ll receive a call from one of our recruiters along with an official offer letter. The timing of the offer may depend on factors such as team needs, location, and the specific job. After accepting the offer, a background check and drug screening may be required depending on your country’s regulations. Once these clearances are obtained, you’ll be given a start date, and we’ll warmly welcome you to The Coca‑Cola Company on your first day.
